  • How much does your branding services cost?
    Branding services vary depending on what your brand needs are. While we have signature packages that are great to help most brand get started, we do understand that not all brands has the same need.   • What kind of branding services do you provides?
    Revivre focus on providing brand development services such as logo creation, brand identity development, website design, brand photography, and website/social media brand management (new). If you are interested in one of our services or have a questions regarding a branding service we don't currently offer, please reach out and let's book a discovery call to review your branding needs.   • How long is your project turnaround?
    Branding project timeline varies, depending on the branding package that you select. Below is an estimated timeline, each brand is different and may varies depending on the amount of content your brand has. Basic Brand Development package or a single project varies from 3 - 6 weeks Exclusive Brand Build Out package that consist of more than one project varies from 6 - 8+ weeks Website Design service varies from 4 - (8+) weeks or more Photography service varies from 2 - 3 weeks depending on the season
  • Why should I work with you?
    There are many talented brand strategists and designers out there, nowadays I sometimes feel like I'm competing with apps and AI tools. BUT I'm not about the number and I love my one-on-one connection that I build with each of my clients. Being a business owner myself, I understand the stress of going through a brand development process trying to discover your brand voice. As a business owner, you wear many hats and you don't have a lot of time to learn a lot of new things that don’t spark the fire in you. That's where I come in. I strive to help those who needed me the most and found joy in working with clients who value branding and are serious about transforming their business. I truly believe that when you invest in your brand, your business will return the favor and be profitable. What makes me different from other designer is my drive and dedication to help my client achieve their goal. Transparency and communication is also very important to me, you can be sure that your voice will be heard while working with me. I'm all about building connection and helping my client grow because their success is a part of my growth and success.   • What are your payment policies?
    Your time and commitment is important to us. All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your project on our project calendar and start the planning and design process. The remaining balance is due before all final files are delivered or prior to the website launch day. For bigger project that involve a larger investment we do offer installment payment plan to help you with your marketing budget. All printing invoice are due before items are sent to the printer. You must proof all design prior to sending it to the printer. Once a design is send to the printer, we are no longer responsible for any design mistake since it has been approved by the client. **Due to the nature of our services and/or customization of each project/print job, there are no refunds.**
  • What type of payment method do you accept?
    All deposit must be submitted by its due date to hold your spot on our calendar. Once pass its due date, it's not guarantee we will have available spot for you in the upcoming calendar. We accept all type of major credit card payment via online. You can submit your payment through our secure client portal hosted through Honeybook and/or Quickbook. Please contact us directly (hello@revivrenc.com) if you have a specific question pertaining to payment method.
  • Do I own the right to all my design project?
    Yes, once you submitted your final payment, you own the right to that design project.
  • Which website platform do you use to build my website?
    We found that Wix work the best for our clients need. This platform is user-friendly and also offer creative freedom to provide customization that our clients need for their brands. Wix offer both web hosting, domain hosting, email marketing, and more. Having an all-in-one platform provide you with ease of managing all your marketing tools in one spot. Beside Wix, we also offer e-commerce website through Shopify.
  • If I need website management help, do you offer that?"
    Yes. Not everyone is tech savvy, or perhaps it's a bit more work than you hope for. I get it, you are a business owner and you have a passion to do what you love, you will need all the time that you have to focus on your passion, which is why I also offer brand management service to help with your website needs. This service is only available for client whom has booked a website design service with us.   • What happens if I'm not happy with the result?
    Prior to starting your project, I'm here to answer any questions you may have. There's also the strategic planning session to go over your expectation as well as the style you're looking for, this is to make sure that we're on the same page prior to starting the design. When you signed your contract and submit your non-refundable deposit, this is your commitment to start the project and we hope you value our time and trust in our process to help you achieve your goal. We do our best to make sure that both parties are communicating effectively, in the case that a client is unsatisfied, it rarely happens but when you signed the contract you are committed to work with us and we asked that you let us know right away so that we can work toward strategizing a new direction to achieve the end goal you envision, DO NOT wait after the project is completed to notify us of any unsatisfactory. A lot of time and creativity is put into each project, if we have to redesign a project after it has already been approved/completed or the stage of designing is too far into its final stage, additional fee may required to redesign a new concept.
  • When can we start working together?
    Each month we only accept 2-3 new branding clients, this is to provide quality service for our retainer clients as well as the current clients we're working with. If you are serious about the investment in your brand and is ready to start, please fill out our project inquiry form. Your inquiry will be taking into consideration and we will reach out to let you know when spots are available to book on our calendar.
