Strategic planning SESSION
Once you've decided to work with me, I'll get in touch to schedule a meeting or call to discuss your project in more detail if we haven't already. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for me to get a better understanding of your business and needs for the project. You may also ask me any questions you have during this session.
After our planning session, I'll send you my contract and deposit invoice so that we can schedule a date to get started on your project.
PREPARATION & MARKET RESEARCH
Once you submitted your deposit and we scheduled your project on the calendar, I'll send over your Welcome package, this will include all the details that you need to prepare and provide for me in order to get started on the design process.
This will consist of filling out a questionnaire, gathering information, and doing market research, etc. to better understand your brand. The Welcome package will go in-depth with these details.
DESIGN STAGE
During this time, you can sit back and relax, I will work on designing your unique logo concept or website layout that we've discussed.
LOGO: Each brand - depending on which package you chose - will be custom-design, there may be times when a concept can work in one or two variations and I will show those in the reveal session as well.
WEBSITE: The layout will reflect the style we discussed in the strategic planning session. All content will be provided by the client, if you don't have brand imagery available for the website, don't worry, the website platform that will be used to create your website offers free stock images as well as pay images for support if you needed.
REVEAL + FEEDBACK
This phase will consist of revealing your logo or website design along with your feedback for revisions. It can be done through a scheduled call or in-person meeting, whichever is convenient.
WEBSITE LAUNCH OR FILE DELIVERY
Lastly, this will be the final phase. Once your project is completed, the remaining balance is due. Once your final payment has been paid, I will send you all your logo files. If you have a website project, the remaining balance is due prior to turning on your website to go live.
